How it Works

When you sign up for your Bravo Web-powered site, we’ll schedule a time for you to talk to one of our designers about your brand and what you want to communicate to visitors of your website. You’ll have a chance to show us other sites that you like and give us direction on what you want your site to entail. We’ll take all the input that we get from you and produce two design concepts for your site, if we don’t hit the nail on the head that first time around we can explore more design options for just $500 for each round of revisions or new design concepts.

With the look and feel of your site squared away, our nerds will go to work on bringing your site to life. Our unique approach to content management lets you focus on the content you want to put on your site without worrying about making things look pretty, your Bravo Web-powered site will handle all the details of making sure that your content looks right.

If the content for your site is ready, we can take your word documents and build out the first 10 pages of your site for free (we can import additional pages at $50/page plus any graphic design services that may be required). If your content isn’t quite ready for prime time, we have writers on staff than can help you get your message across online.

Once your site is ready, we’ll hand it over to you to kick the tires, start adding and editing your content, and get approval from the powers that be. When you’re ready, let us know and we’ll publish it for all the world to see.

A Finished Site in 5 Days?

Not everybody needs or wants to fast track their site’s design, but if you need your site done well and quick, here’s what a Bravo Web 5 day site launch looks like:

  • Day 1: You meet with a designer and talk about your site.
  • Day 3: You review and approve one of the design mockups and hand over your site content.
  • Day 5: You approve your finished site and it goes live!

Testimonials

Your Site Manager also lets you record customer testimonials. Don’t let that glowing letter you got from a client last week go to waste ─ add it to your site and the system will automatically display a random testimonial to visitors on each page of your site.

News and Announcements

The Site Manager’s news and announcements functions let you publish specials, news releases, press clippings, event notices and other announcements to your site with ease. You can schedule event announcements to appear when you want to. Schedule unique weekly specials for the next year and put your site on autopilot.

Contact Us

Sometimes it takes more than a good story to close a deal; sometimes prospects need to talk to someone. The Contact Us function on the site lets your visitors fill out a form to send you a request or let you know they would like a call back and the information is automatically emailed to you.
