File item in 'list' format.

Description

converts an item from the standard (data) item format into a list-type format.

Suggestion: be cautious with this -- use it only for text or Pick/BASIC source code programs. Pick/BASIC cannot read a 'list-type' item, yet.

Also, it may be necessary to change the 'd' pointer of the data section of the file to a 'dc' before this works properly.
