Web Developers Sierra Bravo Announces Three Promotions
Tom O'Neill becomes VP of Software Development, Kris Szafranski Director of Software Development and Chad Ladensack Software Development Manager
MINNEAPOLIS, August 5, 2008 — Sierra Bravo, the largest independent web development firm in the Twin Cities, has announced three promotions:

Tom O’Neill has been promoted to Vice President of Software Development. Tom’s leadership skills and creativity have been instrumental in Sierra Bravo’s growth. We are confident that this new role will allow him to have an even greater impact on the future of the company.
Kris Szafranski has been promoted to Director of Software Development. Kris delivers consistent results through his leadership style and commitment to quality and customer service. This promotion will enable Kris to improve our overall project execution and customer service.
Chad Ladensack has been promoted to Software Development Manager. In addition to his great programming skills, Chad has taken ownership of projects, provided great customer service and he has shown a commitment to high quality in his work. As an SDM, Chad will be able to use his skills to further the goals of the organization.
