Alter Ego: Workout Management System
Sierra Bravo flexed its creative muscles to deliver a solution to help gyms manage their personal training from start to finish.
Sierra Bravo built a web-based workout management system to enable gym managers and trainers to convert leads, sell contracts, and schedule and maintain workout sessions. The web interface provides dynamic, visual session scheduling and contact tracking. Sierra Bravo worked closely with Alter Ego to meet key requirements for their unique business model, including the customizations and data unique to each gym location, payroll management that automatically credits contracts and sessions to trainers, and multiple user levels that mirror Alter Ego’s management structure. Alter Ego maintains the needed control via a central command center view that allows them to create and manage each gym’s application. By streamlining these and other core business rules, Sierra Bravo developed a software package that has proven instrumental in the successful execution of Alter Ego’s business expansion plans.
